Privacy

The short version: your practice progress never leaves your own browser, and there is no account to create.

What stays on your device

Everything you do in Practice — which findings you have seen, how you rated them, when they are next due, your streak and the triggers you write — is stored in your browser’s local storage on that device. It is never sent anywhere. It is not on a server, because there is no server holding user data. That is also why your phone and your laptop keep separate progress, and why clearing your browser data erases it. Nobody, including me, can read it.

What is measured

The site uses Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to count visits and to see which pages get read. That covers things like the page you are on, roughly where in the world you are, which browser you use, and which parts of the site you use — for example whether people read a finding to the end. It does not include your name, your email, or anything you typed into the site. I use it to decide what to write next, nothing else.

Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. If you would rather it did not, any browser’s “block third-party cookies” setting, a tracking blocker, or your browser’s Do Not Track option will stop it, and the site will work exactly the same. Google’s own account of what it collects is here.

What there is none of

Your rights, and how to use them

Because nothing here identifies you, there is almost nothing to request. The analytics data is not linked to a name and cannot be traced back to an individual by me. If you are in the UK, EU or India and want to ask about it anyway, or want measurement of your visits stopped, write to hi@digi.ai.in and I will do what I can. To erase everything the site holds about you on your own device, clear this site’s data in your browser settings.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the change will be described on the about page rather than silently swapped in. Last updated 20 September 2026.
